Eligibility for Refunds

• The service request is canceled before a technician has been dispatched.

Non-Refundable Situations

The diagnostic fee is generally non-refundable once:

• A technician has been successfully dispatched, or

• The technician has contacted the customer to schedule service.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment method used.
